I'd like to stay there some time.
Funny you ask as I thought you might enjoy going there:) It is a nice combination of groomed nordic skiing (though really only about 10km once you are up the big climb)), off trail exploring on snowshoes or wider skis (with some potential avalanche terrain but could also be avoided), and there is nice backcountry skiing terrain out the back door (not as extensive as some of the other lodges we go to but enough to keep someone occupied for a few days). It seemed like a good lodge for Courtney and I to visit with our parents who don't backcountry ski. Plus they have a few quite comfortable rooms with private bathrooms which is a big selling feature for the inlaws.
Sounds like it could be a nice piece of a larger winter trip to coastal B.C.
