Too early to think about time and pace. Too early in to the base training and too early after having had a longer break. Decide to do either a distance OR time and just do it without whining.
I suggest some good ol' base training. Go out and run as much as you have time to do. If you can only do 30 min one day, do it but pick up the pace. If you have more time, don't worry about the pace, just get the time. And keep doing the strength stuff.
