Yes I think it does mess up your mechanics. But better than nothing.
But no the wobblie part. But you can push the pace.
yeah, you can do surges, short intervals, continuous long hills by adjusting incline, or hill intervals, and like you said mad dash to the tape at the end. same pace seems harder on mill for me, prob just not used to it.
