Discussion: Sick everywhere!

In fact the flu may have contributed to my brothers death. I still have lingering aches here and there and tiredness after 2 weeks. Chrissy either caught a new cold or hers also relapsed...James had the flu and was throwing up but he went to doctor and the medicine worked miracles.

Evidently the flu was in the family including Dirk. They did not do an autopsy so do not know exact combination of what killed him...heart only or perhaps hitting his head and what effect the flu had on him if any that contributed we will never know...he's gone.

I will miss talking and joking with him so much.

Yes... a bad flu season.
I hope mine is "just" a bad cold.

Who is still alive in your immediate family?

Mom and Dad and my sister. Dirk was the youngest in the family and went first. No grandparents left. My last grandparent died in 2009.
