ha ha thanks! It was bloody tough, I'm not sure how they do it!
Although the actual Beaches Parkrun, i feel, would be so much harder as you have to do 2 laps! You'd get to one end and hope you were done only to have to turn around and do it again!

I used to think that "cutting it in half" ie 2 laps would give you a marker (why it's any different to half way i just don't know) but I've been to a couple of parkruns now with 2 laps ... and it is hard doing the second lap!

It so is! You put in all that effort and then realise that you still have to go out again! I feel like it could also potentially chop up your rhythm.
