Thank you. My only other reference frame is from direct power readings on spin bikes. Based on that I would have expected substantially higher W's for my effort level. Maybe the absence of loud pumping dance music was the difference.
I've noticed previously that you've been on similar length rides at similar speeds, similar amount of climbing, etc as me where I've had a Normalized Power of 180-190W. This would be a relatively easy ride for me and I would think you as well.
Probably an overly generous comparison, but I'll take it :) I played around with borrowed PowerTap pedals last night; the new values look promising. I'll prob repeat the test this weekend using them.
