I take most of the same supps. daily for me:
FTM sports multi
MDRIVE performance
MDrive Joint
Vit D
fish oil
ZMA before bed
5g glutamine a day

i aim for 8-9 hours of sleep a night. which for me means I need to be in bed and asleep by 9. Fi gets up around 615. Maggie gets up at 5 and trains so i set alarm for 6 to be up before Fi.

I drink a smoothie a day using Fieldwork Nutrition smoothie mix (loaded with good shit - i have a discount code if you want some) + almond milk _ glutamine + macca + spincah + greens powder + banana

since the new year maggie and i have been eating way more veggie forward and less meat. so many veggie... a lot of stir frys. just cramming them in. so filling... so much fiber though. you have to drink a lot of water.

9hrs of perfect Sleep is the best PED out there. Add monster loads of veggies and nutrient dense foods, GFB, hydrate and mediate and ride bikes or paddle or run or hike with dog and homies and you're optimized.
