vs neutral or dorsiflexion

My feet tend to go towards plantarflexion when I sleep. Tightens the retinaculum which puts pressure on the extensors. If the extensors are swollen, they might get more pissed-off with the added pressure from the retinaculum. Would explain why its worse in the am. Foot brace (to prevent plantarflexion) and a topical nsaid might help.

I stayed in a holiday inn last night....

Missed ya at the meet today. And, would have liked to seen your routes and times.
