Are you eating enough? Did you eat post-run?

Bonking during a 30 minute control collection session is not good.....

Chas:
No I didn't eat between running and control collecting. Probably 3pm by the time I finished and a long time since breakfast. A good bonk every now and again is a good thing ;-)

I agree :)
As a diabetic, I quite like the feeling that a decent bonk gives - I know that, for now, my blood sugars are properly low!

Neither of us had great days racing today then. Clive tore round the Brown only a few seconds slower than Adam Potter..... bothered? (he's M55).

yes the M55's are going to show the M50's up this year...

Hmmm. We'll have to see about that.

Obviously depends on which races you turn up for Bill?
BOC but not JK? Anything else?

Actually, I probably won't be around for BOC - it's a bit too late (family birthdays around then). Will be going to Irish Champs instead.

Come to think of it, are you interested in going to that? Mayday bank holiday weekend, and it's in Donegal which could be epic.

Might well be at Sprint / Middle weekend in September.

Yes could well be interested in Irish Champs.
Had thought about the Shamrock but it clashes with my cycling trip to Scotland.
