are you kidding? foam rolling is totally training. So hard.
I tend to count all the body maintenance stuff as minutes instead of hours, so that I can still record it without it messing with my totals. So instead of 40 minutes, it would be 40 seconds. Kinda wacky, but as long as it's consistent it works. And, if I don't log it, I'll forget to do it, and then my body breaks.
