not surprising 2 races and an interval session in 3 days... Remember you're not as young as you once were and recovery takes longer...
The problem is that my brain still thinks I'm 24! Happy to be tired at the moment as I'm focusing on the big races I'm targeting. I'll ease down before them - but you're right, I need to build in suitable recovery.
