yeah AG! and i were talking about running what’s left of it. i was thinking of heartbreak hill and how no XC courses have anything like that on them anymore

OFSAA at Christie Lake this year

All my memories of Heartbreak include Hagar yelling "Maintain" at the top of it. We always found that an odd thing to yell, but it worked.

MTBing south shore at any speed was a life affirming experience. But I still loved to just run it. Man.

There´s always "Mördarbacken" in Falun if you want a tough XC ski challenge ;)
