I tried to make it interesting but surprisingly the long course wasn't as 'nice' as my usual setting effort. It was defo a 8km long!

I did try to have heaps of options near showers and water for those who have thirsty pooches or manage to overheat lots (like me!).

The only way this map crosses WC Hwy is at the underpass in the far south and that's typically just go get the one CP and come back. Most Metro courses won't cross busy roads.
