Your volume appears to have been pretty decent of late. I'm just making sure I get three good rest days a week and not pushing much intensity (except Thursdays, working on increased cadence).

A sign of maturity? Once I focused on 3 good workouts a week, now we focus on 3 good rest days......or is it just getting older?
