Take two days off exercise of any form, take anti-inflammatories, ice, compression, elevation. Avoid food, glug wine.

Yes. I am doing the anti-inflammatories, total rest day today and all the rest - although not doing well on the wine front. Alas will be on my feet a fair bit tomorrow because of the O but will just have to walk around putting out the controls.
