I see he has you do 8 x 4 at 32min power. so that equals a full on 32min workout at max power. Obviously it is a little easier since you get breaks. I noticed that Big Bill on Strava(who is a Professor of exercise science and also coaches the CSUF cycling team) has done some of those work outs. But I think he did 3x20min at FTP
yeah... so the way we are looking at it is 32' power is "high FTP" and 64' power is "low FTP". so FTP is kind of a range of power... so for me 250-275 and i'm working both sides of it.
