I worked out that I have to remember 14 different things when I go riding ..so different to running. Phone, garmin, back light, pump, socks, shoes, sunscreen, lippy, sunnies, water, $$, banana, helmet, plastic bag (for phone)... & more when wet.
It's a lot to remember!
I need to work out a way to simplify bike commuting so I do it more, I have become lazy!
