I was going to write you tonight. I'm looking for a 4-hr run on Sunday and it may have to be on Kahtoolas.

bring them along, but I think you will find there is lots of good footing on the edges of the trail (especially by sunday) to avoid the stretches of ice that still exist! I have been wearing my spikes cuz I love just going down the centre of it and making crunchy noises! :) too bad we are in GR this weekend and will miss you!

Thanks! I got thinking about the DV since I'm looking for a 4-hr run on Sunday somewhere, preferably without ice. It sounds like I may as well stay closer to home since trail conditions are mixed everywhere right now.
