What is it you're not sure about?
The sets are what confuses me - does "2 sets of 5 reps each leg" mean doing the full circuit once is a set, and the 2nd set is the 2nd completion of the circuit? Or do I do 2 sets of each exercise before moving on to the next one?
The first one. In other words: set one is the first circuit. So if you do 5 reps on each leg, then you do 10 in the whole workout.
