That sounds brutal... :-P
Piece of cake!
Just kidding, I was nauseated after the first set and had to take a breather. But I think that's more about it being a new exercise and me being weak than the exercise being brutal.
Were you wearing tighter clothes today so he noticed the extra? ( Confused about how you were hiding it before ;)
I'm an apple, not a pear, so my tire is always well hidden... plus my skinny little arms work well to deceive. :-) I think most people wildly underestimate my body fat % and it seems Amir was no exception. He said something about how he thought I'd see a difference in my running performance in the spring with the training we're doing, and I agreed but also patted my stomach and made a comment about losing a few kilos. He looked confused and had to check for himself before agreeing with me. So, no candy or sugary drinks or fast/fried food.
Bash, I know you'll be super disappointed but this means no poutine in Tucson. :-(
Devastated. I suppose the Sonoran hot dogs are out too. Oh well.
