Unsquashable:
I know a squash guy about your age who had a similar thing. He was fit and playing most days when it suddenly happened. He was out for 6 months, could hardly walk and couldn't work. He traced it back to his job working as a car salesmen from getting in and out of cars all day and sitting down for extended periods. I'm sure yours won't get like that but back issues are serious shit. Recovery well mate, keen to see you smash it at Tarawera.

Pretty sure it's not that serious Keelan :)
Timing is sheit but could have happened closer to the race... I feel already a lot better after a brutal chiro session yesterday and still have 3 days for musles, nerves etc to settle down. Probably won't be 100% and there will be risk of it coming back during the race but I'm being positive. Still aiming for sub10 :D
