I like working on my arms. It's been satisfying to see the "toothpicks" disappear :)
I hope I can stick to the plan and make some improvements. It was kind of embarrassing to struggle with such small weights...! ;-)

Luckily I do that for my job, banishing seniors "lunch lady" arms.
I've never done any weight training ever. About a month ago, though, I finally began a regimen, which started with an 8.5 pound weight. Now I'm up to a 10.0 pound weight!
