Why the event web site states "February 12 – Early-registration deadline" since it is until 1AM on 12th and practically it is on 11th? It was unexpected surprise for me. It looks like misrepresentation. It should be simply February 11th.

Yes, which is why I posted many memos on AP indicating that the early registration deadline was Feb 11. Sorry for the confusion. If you feel like you missed the early registration deadline for that reason, please write to the Registrar, Gary Kraght (garykraght(at)comcast.net) and explain what happened; he may be able to help out.
