your training is too monotone, that leads to mental and muscle fatigue over time. Do not feel like machine, diversify.
Skating and biking require and develop similar muscles.

I should have gone this weekend. I need to find someone that can keep up with me since I don't have my skiing buddy Anna anymore...or I could go alone...I guess.
