Sorry to hear ... I imagine the problem with orienteering is just the risk of falling and doing more damage (like I seem to recall happening to Ross). But unlike me I don't think you fall a lot, so maybe not too great a risk?
I am going, and I don't expect to be any more diminished than usual. As far as orienteering, I don't plan to fall on the hand, and I've got a brace on it, anyway. My butt is still a bit sore, and I don't know how it will like running, but I am expecting some fine results. Thanks for the concern.
