Discussion: Flying Pig XXII event information is available (April 6-8)

Preliminary event information is now available for OCIN Flying Pig XXII, April 6-8, 2018 in Butler County, Ohio north of Cincinnati.

We expect online registration to open in a few days, once we finalize a few more details on Saturday dinner and shirt printing.

Saturday Dinner menu has been finalized: Rosemary grilled chicken breast and/or pasta primavera (vegetarian), sauteed green beans, garden tossed salad and rolls, assorted cake slices, bottled water, lemonade, and tea. (and is now posted on the event information page). If you have already registered and want to add (or subtract) a dinner based on this information, please contact the FlyingPigRegistrar at Gmail dot com.

when is the race starting on Friday? is it a late start to allow for travelling?

Friday starts officially will be open from 3 to 5 pm, but we will allow people to start later, until at least 6. Sunset will be around 8 pm, so there will still be good daylight.

We will extend registration without late fee at least through tomorrow, but I need to submit shirt size orders to the printer tonight.
