Not many who will do an ultra, in a training run. Should pay off later. Impressive!

Impressive! Also very significant climb. I would have had fueling issues - cramping in particular.
Climb is bogus, probably an artifact of when the watch lost contact with satellites for a bit. If you look at the profile, check the first three 'splits', There is perhaps 25m climb on the second segment, an easy 2km uphill grade on rail trail. Those first three segments were basically repeated 4 times in succession.
Fueling/cramps not an issue as I passed the car every 26 minutes or so and took on fluids. I went through 32oz gatorade and (2) 8oz bottles Ensure Plus. Will be training additional fueling options as the season progresses.
