The current WRE rules specified that, when out-of-season, the WRE ranking are frozen. However, the "season" specified in the rule is biased to the northern hemisphere.
It is possible to organise SkiO events in July or August in the southern hemisphere. What would happen to the scores if there are SkiO WREs held in the winter of southern hemisphere?
