Sorry to hear. You just should have come back down to run another 10k with us oldies. And then we could go back to Sundown. DH seems much safer than you two and your xc.

That's a bummer. Which bone is it? The day after I broke my scaphoid I skied the Vasaloppet course on open track day in Sweden. Yeah, 90k. It didn't hurt much so I didn't think it was broken. I just iced and taped and it didn't bother me in the cold. dp'd probably at least 30% of it. 7 years later I went to get it looked at and was told that a) I have a broken bone in my wrist, b) it hasn't healed up, and c) this is the bone that they wish would hurt more when people break it... so they would come get it looked at sooner.

Understand that. This is the end of the radius bone, so I guess that really makes it a broken arm.
