Boo, is there anything you can do to help the recovery? Anti-inflamms, ice, etc.? Or does it usually just need time?
Popped some ibuprofen later in the afternoon and the toe was fine the next morning. I'd still like to find some way to avoid aggravating it (and I fear that whenever I aggravate it, I am also progressing the damage). The Hokas have been my best solution so far and have usually minimized the aggravation, but they didn't help enough today.
