Have you looked into automatically loading your workouts into Attackpoint from your watch?
That might save you some time and provide your log with a more detailed summary of your training.
I haven't tried it. Any idea how to set it up? I can't seem to find anything on it.
What watch do you have? Garmin or something else?
If you use Garmin Connect then you can load your tracks from there, or just upload them directly from the watch. Check out the box in the upper right corner next time you enter a training session in.
Also, what Garmin do you have?
