Yes! I suffered with left knee pain for years going back to 2011, and found much later that rolling the lower quad relieved it immediately, if generally temporarily. However, a couple of years of that attention finally fixed that problem.
Hey, I am going to try that quad rolling now. Leslie and I are now taking a weekly rolling class. Knowing the technique makes a difference.
Yeah, sometimes rolling makes my quad very sore. But I seem to be getting the hang of the rolling now.
Still not quite sure I'm doing what my PT suggested in terms of adjusting my running form. See him again on Wed, so hopefully I'll make further progress in that regard.
