I seem to get small periods of 1 or 2 days of illness then feel okay for a couple of weeks. I'm not sure how to get rid of it - maybe resting will work but I'm doing a lot at the moment, but have a few target races coming up (British Masters XC Champs, SOL1, and JK) so I'll be cutting back soon. We'll see if that makes a difference.
I know the hill in Clunie Hill / Woods very well - which is why I'm worrying about it!
