It's fun reading your training log these days! Looks like the XC season is going well, and you aren't running yourself into the ground. Very cool. Kick some ass at the Boulder Dash this weekend!
A comment on the early-morning intervals you had: i've also had problems feeling crappy for hard workouts in the morning and found i need to be awake for at least 2 hours before doing stuff intensity 3 or higher.
