0 = all types of strength training (weights, drills, pilates, core strength,...); includes also a high intensity when my heart has to work hard but I put all kind of strength on zero.

1 = aerob 1 (low intensity)

2 = aerob 2 (middle intensity)

3 = aerob 3/ anaerob (high intensity)

4 = race (high + intensity )
