Would like to try sometime. But I do Nordic T too slow for it to amount to anything, my bad.
Glad to see you back on the Nordic Track. I use the Nordic Track as a warm-up for rowing. But every month or so, I crank the arm and leg tensions. Which throw me off balance initially. But feel good by the third day.
I also raise the front legs to the third hole, so that I'm skiing uphill. I find that getting a balanced pull is important. IOW adjusting the incline, arm and leg tensions together, so that I can hit a nice, balanced speed. As tho I was outside, skiing up a slight hill, on perfectly groomed track, with the perfect grip wax! Sublime! :-)
