That happened to me in a boot camp last week. We were alternating between jumping jacks in plank position and a standing exercise with weights. It has sometimes happened to me in the past when I do burpees but not all the time and I can't find a pattern like dehydration or blood sugar. For me, I think it's related to exercising hard and not having enough blood pressure to get O2 to my brain - especially when stopping the exercise or moving to a standing position. Really annoying.
Yeah, very annoying. Usually doesn’t happen when doing burpees which is weird... you would expect that it would.
It doesn't usually happen with me doing burpees either. I wish I could figure out why it happens some times but not others. Maybe lightheadedness with exercise is a good thesis topic for you! :)
