If it is asthma, it's completely controllable. Who are you being referred to?

No matter how controllable something is I'd hate to think I've a permanent problem, no matter how easy or hard it is to deal with :(

I'm going to see Dr M Kennedy who's based in the Mater private in Cork. Have you come across him before?

Still awaiting my blood test results also.

In the UK the national average asthma rate is approx 10%.
On Team Sky it's 33%. Just means your chances of becoming a pro cyclist have gone up (though maybe you'd need some Triamcinolone as well)!

In seriousness, it's no fun to have a manage a condition so hopefully you find something less long term to be the source of the issues.

I know something of managing conditions, sport enduced asthma being one. It’s definitely annoying at first but like dr robrunner says it’s controllable. Doesn’t take long for it to become normal.

Ha I spent 3 months working for him last year! Sound man and excellent doctor. You're in good hands there. He loves his sport as well.
