I think confidence is a big thing. I found after problems it's about teaching your body how to push again. It's scary though as you worry you'll blow up like you used to. It comes back pretty quickly and it's quite clear you're getting there! It's really great to see and you should be really proud you pushed yourself to do the whole session - that shows how far you've come....and how you totally aced that last rep! Don't worry I was hurting fact I'm still hurting today :'(.
