Warm but gusty and windy well over 20 mph steady. Decided on impulse to do my trot/stride but to hold back especially on the first lap to use as warm up. I really held back and was 15 seconds faster than I expected. I also decided to do 10 strides requiring 5 laps. 8 really is not enough.

Pleased with the strides, they felt smooth and yet I was going much quicker than I was 70 so warm temp probably helped a lot.

Tried to run even and smooth while accelerating as I felt better...ran
10:40 1m; 20:27 (9:47) 2m; 29:58 (9:31) 3m; 39:35 (9:37...uphill windy stretch); 48:33 (8:58....half of this into brutal wind and half with side wind pushing a little and a little downhill not a lot).

One thing about my colorful chart is that on the main running diary for Attackpoint I get little credit for running. I may need to put all 'running' as running and just identify it as trotting along, including some walking, etc...

Yeah, some of my friends here count trail running, treadmill running, as different than running on the roads. Hard to add up.
