You're doing lots of good, quality training these days. Good for you!
Thank you! I have a specific training plan to follow, so that helps a lot. (I'm building up to a half marathon in late April or early May -- I haven't decided which one yet...) :-)
It also helps that there are Tuesday / Thursday group workouts (organized through the local rec center), Wednesday night social runs, and Saturday morning breakfast runs -- mostly the same people in all of the groups.
