And yes, a little extra rest can be quite helpful. I'll try to sneak in another 5K before the end of the March challenge.
Thanks Charlie! You're my motivation to speed up. You seem to be able to turn in very decent pieces despite your sporadic rowing program. You seem to do the same thing with O. I guess a measure of your overall conditioning and athleticism...and those long walks with Rhonda and the dog. :-)
Rest is good, especially as bodies age.
