Thanks!!! Decided the best approach is to focus on being happy that I can go running and not worry about the timeline of things till it starts to feel a bit better. Totally got the exact same injury on the other hip a few months ago and it didn't make me nearly as upset, but I guess sometime between then and now I started caring about derby as a competitive sport >< Not the plan when I started!
