I recommend the gallon size
Well running 2 miles back home lugging a gallon of the stuff would have been too much. Maybe a quart in each hand next time, for balance.
running bicep curls! should be a breeze for you, w all the practice you have lugging those clubs around.
You're right. Every time I hoist those clubs onto my shoulder, I do a pretty good right-arm curl. Which works well, since my left arm is predominant in my golf swings.
