Pace suggests not. Easy runs easy, post-race very easy!
Even if hr suggests it is I imagine legs woukd prefer a proper Kenyan shuffle. I often find a few miles walking works best!
Yeah I agree, in fairness, my garmin was playing up at the start saying I was running 1:50min'kms so the pace was more relaxed than this. Plus it's dead flat and mentally just switched off and let the legs turn! I'll see how they feel tomorrow but cheers for the concern :)
