needs to be taken because you are being soooo hard on yourself. Fantastic set of results over the weekend.
The Achilles pain is potentially quite serious so as well as elevation you need much ice in a bag with your leg on it for around 20 minutes or so. And then heel drops onto a flat surface. Get rid of all worn out shoes, etc, etc.

Those were very good results in all the races, so take the positives from them.
The fact that you're being harsh on yourself should be taken as a sign that you want to improve, so don't get frustrated in the short term, keep enjoying the racing and putting in the work and the results will come in the long term!
(Also can't recommend calf raises enough, sorts everything out)
