Are you going to try to run Grandma's this year?
I try to use your good workouts as motivation without being consumed by jealousy...I kinda feel guilty about the Koski photo on my dart board that I use whenever you've crushed me with a super workout.

Yes, entered in Grandma's. Thus the slowly increasing long runs. Hope to increase 1 mile/week for the next 6 weeks or so.

Any goal times such as sub 3:45 or 3:30...
Well, I'd like to see 3:25 on the clock. To be within one hour of my pr is always a goal these days.
