This is how you end up mentally cracking at some point and doing a 4.5h bike ride and injuring everything worse.
Yeah. I'm trying not to go there. Still hoping that the 70 mile canoe race on memorial day will be possible, but now is when i should be doing all my long stuff and racing. Unfortunately rib injuries pretty much impact every source of exercise (never had this before, so am treating it carefully)
