Flying Scotsman: Would you ever just shut up and stop with these "best rides of my life" stories. Do you think I/we want to hear these when were stuck behind a PC - no!!

Glad your having fun, I'll hopefully be hitting Moran state park this w/e, somewhat more local and not as swanky as your destination, but fun I hope.

Enjoy the rest.

Kona.Max: Rog, my kids are getting pretty good on their little mountain bikes. Are you seeing any families there? Any rides that would be cool for 8-10 year-olds?

ebone: Terry (who barely ever rides a mountain bike) and I went on a great ride when we were there, so I'm sure there's some stuff your kids could do.

roschi: the rides here are really great as they are a mix between really hard stuff and really easy stuff.. when we were in fruita we saw a family from colorado, two 9 year old and one 11 year old girl... the trails have virtually no rocks and when you fall you fall into the dirt or grass, so its perfect... however moab is a bit trickier, would not recommend that too soon... (sais my beaten up hip and knee... falling is pretty tough on redrock)
