Is usually nice, but especially after exercise. Sounds like you had a good day even though you implied you were pushed a bit. Well done Prue.

Thanks Julie. I had a lovely day out in the bush. I like getting close to my limits, even though l suffer afterwards.

And you missed the event at Mt Korong!

Could have done both if Prue had done the Rogaine on Sunday

I would have liked to have done both, but had a birthday brunch to attend on Sunday morning.

Priorities. The annual event at Korong is the first to go in my calendar. No other Victorian terrain is as as enjoyable.

Mt Kooyoora is my absolute favourite.
I planned to come, but l committed to the rogaine without first checking my calendar (l'm not very good at keeping a calendar).
And now l am inspired to do more rogaining (we were 6th of 102 teams on Sat and beaten by only one other veteran team - not bad for a couple of oldies).

Kooyoora is getting greener. There are fewer areas where you can run. Korong has open leads, bare rock and is unlikely to become greener except in the existing thickets.

Is Kooyoora even in this year's calendar?

Just in time. I was just about to sign up for a rogaine that weekend.
